We’re an independent Brighton restaurant, located in the historic Lanes, just moments away from Brighton beach. We serve fire-cooked food that’s all about bold flavours, proper ingredients and great value. Our grill is fuelled by natural charcoal (no chemicals, no shortcuts), and our kitchen’s filled with chefs who care deeply about what they serve.

We keep things simple: great steaks and seasonal plates plus the kind of relaxed, friendly vibe that keeps locals coming back.

Whether you’re after a quick weekday lunch, that special place for a date night or just one of the best restaurants to eat in Brighton, we’d love to have you at our table.

Opening hours

We’re open seven days a week, from 12 noon to 10 pm.

You can book a table for parties of up to 12 on Monday-Thursday. On Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays, the group bookings are limited to 6 people.
