BOOKINGS POLICY

Open Kitchen

Kindling restaurant is quite small, with an open kitchen in the middle of it and we want all of our customers to enjoy our food using all of their senses.

Animals

We are dog friendly, but please do let us know beforehand as there is only a limited space in the restaurant where we can sit you with a dog.

Allergies

We take allergies very seriously, both when it comes to our customers and our staff members. As a general rule, we do not tolerate any outside food or drink to be brought inside the restaurant to avoid any possible contamination. If you need your own food or drink supplements due to a medical reason, or if you are booking a private event or a party that requires cake, please speak to a manager beforehand.

Bookings Policy

All of our bookings are being made using OpenTable and we do require card details for all of them.

No shows and late cancellations can be a subject to a charge of £10 p/p. We do have a 15 minute grace period, so please let us know if you are running late to avoid any complications with your booking.

We have a wheelchair accessible entrance, but due to the way the building is laid out we do not have wheelchair accessible toilets (they are situated at the back of the restaurant, on the mezzanine level, separated from the dining room by a set of stairs)

Credit / Debit Card Policy for all bookings

We do require card details for all bookings. This is to ensure that the table is booked for a real customer and not being booked and re-sold or double booked. This also ensures that “no-shows” are less likely to happen and the limited space available is used to its full potential for our dining customers. All the card details are entered securely by the customer while booking using OpenTable (via Stripe) and we do not store or see them.
